Terms of Service

The terms that govern your access to and use of Linea.

Last updated: August 9, 2026

1. Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account or using Linea, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be legally able to enter a contract and be at least 18, or have authorization from a legal guardian or organization.

2. The service and your account

Linea helps generate, schedule, and publish social media content. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials, activities under your account, and maintaining permission to manage every connected social profile.

3. Trial, subscriptions, and cancellation

New eligible accounts receive a 14-day trial without a payment card. When the trial ends, creation and publishing features are locked until a paid plan is activated. Paid plans renew automatically at the price and billing interval shown at checkout. You can cancel through billing settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase.

4. Your content and AI output

You keep ownership of content and materials you provide. You grant Linea the limited permission needed to process, store, transform, and publish them at your direction. AI output can be inaccurate, similar to other content, or unsuitable for your audience. You must review content and remain responsible for claims, rights, disclosures, and platform compliance before publishing.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Linea to violate law or third-party rights; distribute spam, malware, deception, harassment, or illegal content; bypass plan limits or security controls; scrape or reverse engineer the service; or connect accounts without authorization. We may pause activity that threatens users, platforms, or Linea.

6. Third-party platforms

Meta, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Stripe, and AI providers are independent services. Their APIs, policies, availability, and account decisions can change. Linea is not responsible for a third party suspending an account, rejecting content, changing access, or interrupting an integration.

7. Availability, warranties, and liability

We work to provide a reliable service, but Linea is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, audience growth, engagement, revenue, or specific AI results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Madai is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Any aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for Linea in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Suspension, termination, and changes

You may stop using Linea at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, non-payment, or legal requirements. We may change the service or these Terms and will provide reasonable notice of material changes. These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without limiting mandatory rights in your country.
